Week 7 Offensive Line of the Week: Lee County

GHSF Daily’s Offensive Line of the Week is Lee County’s unit of Jayden Daniels, Dylan Richardson, Carter Lawrence, Shavex Dixon and Dom Vigil with tight end Durrah Butler and fullback Alex Smith.

They helped produce 347 total yards, 200 of it rushing, in a 35-23 victory over reigning Class 6A champion Thomas County Central. The Trojans ended Thomas Central’s 20-game winning streak and became the first team during that run to score five touchdowns against the Yellow Jackets.

Lee County’s offensive line coaches are John Flath and Eric Tabor.

The award, sponsored by Alfa Insurance, will be presented to the linemen at their school Wednesday.

Lee County's offensive linemen and head coach Dean Fabrizio accept GSHF Daily's Offensive Line of the Week award after their 35-23 victor over 2023 Class 6A champion Thomas County Central in Week 7.
