Jaclyn Johns scored on a 5-yard pass from Julia Geis in the second overtime after Milton fumbled into the end zone on its possession, securing the first flag football championship for Blessed Trinity (17-2). It was the second touchdown from Geis to Johns, who teamed up on a 46-yarder in the first half for a 7-0 lead. Milton forced overtime with a 6-yard, fourth-down touchdown pass from Lindsey Gergans to Nora Megenity with 5:30 remaining in the second half. Blessed Trinity's Emma Elizabeth Hudkins and Milton's Allison Oneacre caught touchdown passes in the first overtime, but both teams failed on their conversions.

Nevaeh Shedrick scored on a 1-yard run midway through the first half and Rashyia Minnex threw a 26-yard pass to Jayden Graham in the game's final two minutes to lead Lithia Springs to its first flag football state title. Lithia Springs finished the year 19-0. The Lions lost to Dodge County 6-0 in three overtimes in the final last season.

Southeast Bulloch recorded its 15th shutout of the season and became the first team to win consecutive championships in the 3-year-old sport. Alex Odom scored on a 1-yard pass from Kaylee Haas midway through the first half, and Abigail Morgan caught an 8-yard touchdown pass from Korine Talkington late in the second half to put the game away. Southeast Bulloch finished the season 20-0 and is 39-0 during its championship run.
