Hall of Fame seeks teams to attend induction ceremony

At the inaugural induction ceremony of the Georgia High School Football Hall of Fame in 2022, several high schools attended and had the chance to meet some of the greatest players ever to suit up in in Georgia, including Heisman Trophy winners Herschel Walker and Charlie Ward.

We have several open spots for schools this year, and teams will receive entrance to the ceremony which will be held on Oct. 21 at the College Football Hall of Fame at 7 p.m. Parking will be available for team buses, and coaches and players will have a special section to sit in.

One of the highlights from last year’s ceremony was Eric Berry giving a shout out to his high school team Creekside, which was on hand for the festivities. Berry also met with the team after the ceremony.

If your high school team is interested in coming, please call I.J. Rosenberg at 404-246-7819. Click here for a list of players going into this year’s class.
