Showcase coming Dec. 17 for Georgia Elite Classic

The Georgia Elite Classic will take place Dec. 27-29 in Rome, and the last 30 invites to the Classic will be given out to players during a Saturday, Dec. 17, showcase at Fellowship Christian High School in Roswell. The showcase, which is $40, will be from 10 a.m.-noon and run by Rusty Mansell of 247Sports who picks all the players for the four games. Click here to sign up for the showcase. For more information on the Classic, go to GeorgiaEliteClassic.com. The Classic is also excited to announce that Chad Simmons, the director of recruiting for On3, will be attending the Classic practices. All four games at the Classic on Thursday, Dec. 29, will be televised by Peachtree TV and shown live digitally on the Atlanta First News (formerly CBS46) app and the National Federation High School network. The Classic will be the final four games of 33 high school TV games this season produced by Score Atlanta and televised by Peachtree TV.
