Week 4 Player of the Week: Warner Robins’ Skyler Williams

Warner Robins' Skyler Williams is joined by head coach Shane Sams for the presentation of GHSF Daily's Player of the Week award.

With five touchdowns and 305 rushing and passing yards, Warner Robins quarterback Skyler Williams had the flashy statistics in his team’s 55-44 victory over Houston County.

But they don’t tell how well he really played, according to Warner Robins coach Shane Sams.

“He balled out, broke so many tackles and ran so many people over,’’ Sams said of the 6-foot-2, 215-pound senior. “He carried this team. If you got to see the game, no doubt Skyler Williams is the state player of the week.”

Williams is GHSF Daily’s Player of the Week. The award is sponsored by Sports Turf.
