Tickets on sale for Score Atlanta Football and Flag Awards

The Score Atlanta High School Football and Flag Awards will be held on Dec. 8 at 3 p.m. to crown the Mr. Georgia Football and Miss Georgia Flag Football, among other top awards.

A Head Coach of the Year will also be named for the entire state for football and flag.

The ceremony will take place at Teamsters Local 728 at 2540 Lakewood Ave. SW, Atlanta, 30315. Tickets to the event are $35 presale and $50 on the day of the awards. The new Teamsters event facility holds 1,000 for stadium seating. The event will be televised on the Peachtree Sports Network (PSN).

Other awards to be given out for football and flag will include an All-Classification Team for both offense (kicker for football) and defense (punter for football); Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches of the Year for all classifications; an Offensive, Defensive, Kicker (football), Punter (football) and Breakout Player of the Year (football) for the entire state; and football awards for quarterbacks, running backs and receivers that led the state in yards, touchdowns and completion percentage. For the Mr. and Miss Georgia Awards, the top five finishers from each will be at the event.
